I have a sure signal which I haven't used it in several months but on plugging in and checking on my account saw that it had entered a suspened state. When I click on manage sure signal it comes up with the following message "Sorry. This Sure Signal isn't active at the moment. Please get in touch with the owner of the Sure Signal, or choose another Sure Signal." I am the owner so not sure why this is happening. Please could someone look into this for me.

I can see that this is showing as suspended at our end and as a result we are unable to do anything over the eForum for you.

Another Sure Signal that, after dusting off from hibernation, is showing as Suspended on My Sure Signal.
S/N is 21197248145
Could you please check things out your end. It just shows the power light when I connect it up.

I've checked and it is indeed suspended, most likely from what . As James mentions, we're unable to reactivate these devices.

I have the same problem. I've not used my SureSignal for about a year and now i've dusted it off and powered it back up it won't connect and shows as Suspended within the My Account section.
My serial number is: 21229084138.
Please could you let me know who i should contact. I've been emailing firstname.lastname@example.org ticket ID #8776793 for about a week now, without any progress.

Hi - I'm another one. s/n 21197025253.
Our broadband was so poor that we could not use the SureSignal - voice calls were garbled. Now we have a better service so I've plugged it back in but it says suspended and won't let me do anything.
Top light flashes green.

When a Sure Signal has been inactive for a while we have to assume they are no longer needed and the space on the MSC (Mobile Switching Centre) is not finite. We therefore have to make room for other users of the device. This is why they are suspended.
Since both of you have the same issue we need to replace them as it's not possible for the suspension to be removed.
