Sure Signal Unable to Register

I just recently purchased a Sure Signal and I cannot register it since it seems it was already registered to the previous owner. How can I reslve this?

Only the original owner can get it de-registered. If you ask them to contact customer services, they can sort it out.

I no longer have contact with them as they moved back to the United States. Is there really no other way?

The only way we can de register it, is if the original owner gets in touch.
