Sure Signal V1 Not Working

My sure signal is not working and I haven't found any thread showing similar issues.  I've reset it numerous times, tried a different power adapter, set up the correct port forwarding etc.

Light one comes on, then the second light, after a while the first light starts to flash, periodically it goes solid again, and then starts to flash again.  All this time the 2nd light remains solid.

Serial number is 21227752892

I've been through all those threads and many others, my specific issue doesn't appear to be mentioned anywhere.  My box has been working for a number of years and then it just stopped several weeks ago.  I've tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps.  More info:

I think I've found the issue, I'm a Virgin Media customer and there is a known issue.  Can someone from Vodafone confirm?

Tracert doesn't complete so no route to server?

This issue has now been resolved.

If you're still experiencing issues, please power down your router and Sure Signal for at least five minutes. Once you reboot, your Sure Signal should be working.

If not, please follow our Sure Signal troubleshooting guide
