Hi,

My sure signal serial number is: 21227734148.

I cannot get my sure signal to work on mine & my husbands iPhone 5.  We both recently upgraded and are having no luck with the service in our apartment.

I have gone through all the steps to reset the sure signal.

Please help - seen things on here saying that the box needs to be re-synced?

Thanks

Christina

Hi there Christina,

Please factory reset your VSS.

I've forced a resync as this sometimes fixes these symptoms.

  • Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held, remove and re-insert the power cable
  • When allt he lights come back on or flash, release the reset button
  • The VSS will come online in about an hour

Cheers,

LeeH
