Sure Signal V1 not working

Hi folks,

 

Having issues with V1 SureSignal which provides no signal to phones. I have reset broadband router, reset SureSignal, and changed to new cable.

After reset and a bit of time to reconfigure I just get the top 2 lights on continuously and no others. Any ideas for other fixes or should I just upgrade to v3?

Hi,

 

Sometimes it can be the power cable at issue which if replaced can resolve the issue. 

I note you have changed to a new cable. 

The Sure Signal comes with a 24 month manufacturing warranty.

as the information may help to resolve issues. There is an 'Issue Not Listed' option which guides you through how to run a TraceRoute to paste back in your thread for Vodafone Tech to look over.

Hi Albert49,

When you say 'new cable', are you referring to the ethernet cable that goes to the router, or the power supply cable that plugs into the mains socket?
