Sure Signal V1 resync

Could you resync my sure signal please serial number 21196822437. Been without 3G for a couple of weeks and have deregistered/reregistered, factory reset, but no 3G signal. Lights 1,2 and 4 but no 3.

This issue is down to the firmware that the Sure Signal is running.

You don’t need to worry, because I’ve requested for the update to be pushed out to you.

Please make sure that the Sure Signal is kept switched on and connected over the next 48 hours.
