Hi Guys

I'm having steady green light issues with my V1 Sure Signal and Billion 7800n. I have hard reset both my router and the sure signal along with updating the routers firmware.

My current IP address: 86.185.128.63

Serial number: 21222196616

I have checked for 1500MTU and put the sure signal in my routers DMZ with a static IP, and the Sure Signal is confirmed as connected by my Router with correct DMZ address.

There is the green connection light and flashing orange light on the ethernet port.

Pingtest result: 0% Packetloss, 28MS ping, 0 Jitter

Hi kitch9,

Your Sure Signal hasn't updated with our servers for quite a while so I've done a resync for you. Please do the following reset to complete the process;

1 - Hold the reset button until all 4 lights are solid. Don't let go of the button until step 4

2 - Remove the power cable then the LAN cable

3 - Insert ONLY the power cable

4 - When the lights flash 1, 2, 3 then 4 release the reset button and wait for the unit to boot (5 minutes should do it).

5 - Insert the LAN cable and wait

Thanks,

Kay

Thanks Kay,

I've done all that so I'll see if anything happens.
