Hello @alexjonesgb

It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues.

Even if lights / power are showing.

These are available on eBay for around £10.

From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."

@alexjonesgb - I've sent a resync request to your Sure Signal. If this does not sort out the issue, please let us know.

It's also worth trying the new power supply method as bandofbrothers mentioned, as this often sorts out the issue.

Hi,

I've changed the power supply a few days ago and still no joy.  After reading other posts on here is seems the VSS V2 doesn't seem to be compatibile with the BT Home Hub 5 so i will need to try and get my hands on a V3 and try that

Many Thanks for your help.
