Hi  @drworld88,

To resolve this issue, please deregister your Sure Signal and in 24 hours time re-register it.

This should then complete the SIM swap process with the Sure Signal and you'll be back up and running :Smiling:

Thanks,

Matt B

Thanks Matt

Will do that. Does the VSS box need to be turned off and disconnected as well or can it be left on and connected?

Hi Sukhi / Matt at Tech Team

Having de-registered then re-registered my Sure Signal box 24 hours later all appears ok and up and running with phones connecting.

Thanks for your assistance.

Doug.

Hi Tech Team, Sukhi and Matt

I spoke too soon. Things seem ok. My phone connects to VSS but when i telephone someone i can hear them but they cannot hear me. Also if they ring me it does not connect to my phone. What do i do next.

Come on Tech Team solve this for me.

Regards

Diug.

To Tech Team

Please respond to above post and problem.

Thanks

Doug.

Having had no response from the tech team i decided to do a factory reset.

All appears to be running ok.

So what was needed was;

De-register the VSS

Re-register the VSS

Factory reset.

Regards

Doug.
