Sure Signal V2 Reset

cjcharles
4: Newbie

Hi guys/gals,

Ive got 3 Sure Signals on my account (2 V3's and 1 V2) and the V2 is causing me all kinds of grief, I cant get it to connect at all at the moment.  Have got all the right port forwards and the internet stats are great, though it is a Sky router so it is pretty rubbish and may be doing something wrong.  Anyway, please can you do a network reset on it and push any updated firmware to it please as a last resort?  The serial number is 40120923202 and whenever I try and view its history in the Sure Signal dashboard I get 'Error invoking portlet "VAPGatewayController"' and then 10 pages of error message.

Thanks very much,

Chris

Hi cjcharles,

I've asked for your firmware to be updated.

Please leave your Sure Signal on and do not reset it for 48 hours.

Once this time has elapsed, you should find the Sure Signal is up and running.

Thanks,

Matt B

Please can you also tell me if it has been in contact with your servers as I cant get any history when looking at it through my Vodafone account. Thanks
