I have just upgraded my iPhone5S to an iPhone 6plus and the suresignal is not working with it.
I have done several full resets but to no avail. Can you resync the device please or advise what to do.

Have reset the box several times but still not working despite a reset by Vodafone when I called.

Hi @StephenConway20,
Please deregister the Sure Signal and then re-register it in 24 hours time.
This should help it pick up your new SIM card and allow you to start receiving full service.
