Sure Signal V2 not working after phone upgrade

I have just upgraded my iPhone5S to an iPhone 6plus and the suresignal is not working with it.

 

I have done several full resets but to no avail. Can you resync the device please or advise what to do.

Your Sure Signal last connected with our servers this morning –is everything working ok now?

 

If you’re still having problems, please get back to us with the following:

 

  • What light sequence are you seeing?
  • Your speed test results from here.
  • Your ping test results from here.
  • Your external IP address from here.
  • The results of a traceroute:


VSS Traceroute command

  1. On a PC:
  2. Click on Start and select Run
  3. Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
  4. A black box will appear.
  5. In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
  6. Paste the output of this command into your reply.


This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Have reset the box several times but still not working despite a reset by Vodafone when I called.

Hi @StephenConway20,

 

Please deregister the Sure Signal and then re-register it in 24 hours time.

 

This should help it pick up your new SIM card and allow you to start receiving full service.
