Sure Signal V3 (Alcatel-Lucent 9361) Not connecting through Business Connection

Good Afternoon All, 

I have 2 Sure Signal boxes, both of which are connected to managed switches and "should have" unfiltered access to the internet. 

I have been getting the cyclic flashing light for 2 hours now on both devices (one had orange lights on the status symbols for a brief moment) 

 

I have carried out a Tracert (assuming the IP address is still current) and it appears to fail at the Vodafone end:

Any ideas / suggestions / before I return them to Vodafone?

After following all the support issues raised in this forum and checking my connection, it appears Vodafone need to WHITELIST my connection. 

 

I will report back when I have spoken to 3rd line support.

Hi @JWZD, please can you confirm your Sure Signal serial number? 

 

As you've mentioned you're using the device for business purposes, please can you also confirm if the devices have worked previously, as they're mainly designed for domestic use.
