Sure Signal V3 - Flashing Red Light, two solid Orange lights

Having trouble getting my new SS v3 to work. I registered it yesterday, plugged in and got flashing red and 2 solid orange. Several resets and re-boots later, still the same.

 

Tried port forwarding. No joy

 

I've pasted the tracing route below.

Hi There,

 

Having the same issue with our office Sure Signal unit. It has been working fine for at least a year but we have just recently switched ISP and wondering they are black listed 

 

the unit works when i take it out of the office and use it at home.

 

 

- Serial Number is 42152541811

-our connection is 4 FTTCs with wan IPs are 185.14.136.177,185.14.139.243,185.14.136.178,185.14.136.179

- Speeds are 40Mb Down and 6.41Mb up

- ping results - 16ms ping and 1ms jitter

- ISP is Communicate Business Solutions

@Mattcrawford I've checked the IP addresses you've provided and can confirm they are not blacklisted. 

 

Please check this ports thread for further help.
