Sure Signal V3: Flashing Red light Power, Stable Orange Users light and Service light no internet light

 

Trying to set up a Sure signal V3 and the lights are as stated above.

 

Serial = 40123691731

 

External IP = 194.46.36.56

 

Download = 13.48Mbps

Upload = 1.03Mbps

 

Ping = 68ms

We have tested the unit on another line which works, we have tried a different router on this line but no joy so far.

 

I am ready to tear my hair out at this stage!

Hi Eric,

 

Thanks for posting your details. I'm a little confused with this one. Looking at that serial number, it hasn't been connected since 17/03/2013. When you tested it on another line was it working for incoming and outgoing calls?

 

Also is this definitely the right Serial number: 40123691731? Is this a brand new unit or have you purchased it 2nd hand?

 

Everything else checks out in regards to your IP, traceroute and speeds. I'll push a manual synchronisation through this end for you to see if that helps. Just reset your Sure Signal to complete the action and give it 1-2 hours to come back online fully. :Winking_smiley:
