Sure Signal V3: Flashing Red light, stable Orange User light

Lewis-brooks

Hi,

Just upgraded from a Sure Signal V2 to a V3?  Deregister the old device and registered my new device 24h ago.  I am on VirginMedia, the Sure Signal has a static DHCP reserved IP address, and port forwarding enabled manually.  I am getting a flashing red light and stable orange User light

@WillV94

All your results look great and I notice you're using a BT HomeHub.

Please can you ensure the Smart setup on the BT HomeHub settings is disabled and that this is followed by a reset.

DaveCD

Hi @DaveCD

I have checked the Homehub setting and the smart setup is already off.

Do you know what else it could be?
