Sure Signal V3 Internet Light Flashing

Hi,

 

I have configured a SS V3 on the Vodafone website. The device is now connected to the router and the Internet light keeps flashing slowly - it's been like this for a good 30 minutes. All other lights, apart from the red power light, are off.

 

These is my current connections status:

 

IP: 109.158.131.194

Ping: 22ms

Upload Speed: 31.88 Mbps

Upload Speed: 8.98 Mbps

SN: 40133812012

 

Can anyone help to resolve?

Update: I reset the unit, retried and left it there for a while, the lights are now on as they should be.

Thanks for posting your details. Looking at your serial number you device has yet to establish a connection with our systems.

 

Your speeds are brilliant and the IP address is fine too. Could you use the Troubleshooting Guide to perform a traceroute so we can check this too? :Smiling:
