Sure Signal V3 Only Internet White Light Flashing

My sure signal worked for some time before a power outage and now only has a flashing white light on the internet symobol (the power light is solid red and all other symbols are off).  I have it connected to a Sky router and I can see the orange and green network lights next to the cable on the Sure Signal flashing away.

 

The troubleshooting guide (http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Version-3-Sure-Signal-Troubleshooting/td-p/13933... is no use as it doesnt cater for a flashing white internet light.

 

Any help / idea would be useful as it has been like this for a while now and my intermittant phone signal is becoming a pain.

Got it working, tried the reset button and on the 8th reset it started working.

I also have the same problem. Bought a 2nd-hand Sure Signal 3 and have now registered it. However all I get is a slowly flashing white internet light (with a constant red power light). I have had it some 3 days and it has never connected to the phone.

Our ISP is BT and we have a BTHomehub 2.

The Sure Signal SN is 40132745551

 

Any advice would be welcomed!

Looking at your Sure Signal, I can see it connected successfully on 17 July around 2:30am. As this was a little time after your post, is it all working OK now?

Yes, all ok now. Was advised to hold the reset button for 30 seconds untill the power went off, then, when the power came back on, to hold reset again for 30 seconds. The box was working by the following morning.
