Sure Signal V3 - Owner Number Cannot Connect Other Numbers Can

Hi,

 

My sure signal V3 has been working fine for many months. I recently (Tuesday 12 August) changed my tarrif on vodafone and since today have not been able to connect my phone (phone number is registered overed of sure signal) to the sure signal, while another phone connects fine. So far I've:

 

1) Performed a traceroute, looks fine, and if one phone works should not be an issue. All the lights are are expected on the VS3. 

2) Reset sure signal holding down the reset button.

3) Attempted to transfer the ownership of the sure signal, however since both phones are on the same account this is not possible.

4) Un-registered and re-registered the sure signal.

 

Any other ideas why my phone can no longer connect to the sure signal?

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
