Sure Signal V3 - Solid Power light, internet flashing

The Sure Signal has been intermittent at best lately, but has now been 'off' since yesterday (morning I believe). As I run a business and have a very poorly father in law, having a phone line is imperitive to me. The Sure Signal also seems to be causing massive interference with my BT line (it has been for weeks on end) and when the landline phone is called, the Sure Signal goes off. I've tried resetting, just turning off and on again, de-registering and registering again (numberous times) and nothing is working. Please advise. I am tearing my hair out!!!

Hi AllisonD,

Do you have your landline passing through your BT hub?

If you do, can you try moving it to a dedicated phone socket to see if this helps?

If it doesn’t, we’ll need the information that Matt asks for in his post to be able to offer more help.

Thanks

Andrew
