Hi After 2 years with no issues my Sure Signal V3 has just stopped working.
Single solid Orange Light on 1st indicator, no others. Tried to deregister and register again, unit is now in a pendingactive state

Hi,
What model of Sure Signal are you using ?
I ask because it may be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. Even if lights / power are showing. They are available on eBay for around £10.
From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."

Hi Its a V3, this is my second unit as the first had a melt down a few weeks ago, the new one has been working happily until recently when it lost connection to the Vodafone system, according to the error code in the user handbook

@dfranklin22 - I'd recommend that you reset your Sure Signal to get it past the pending active state.

Hi I have an issue with my Sure Signal V3 Serial Number 43162240758. the unit went offline, I tried to deregister and register. Now its in a state of Pending Active and has been so for the past week.
Error within the account now states "Sorry, you don't seem to have registered with us yet. Please contact Customer Support."
