Sure Signal V3 flashing - no phone signal - HELP PLEASE!!!!!

hi

i have a sure signal v3 that has a flashing red light and a solid yellow mobile phone icon

i have reset the unit twice and also reset my router and then reset the unit still with no change.

i have no service or very intermittent to all three of our mobile phones.

 

unsure what to do next, any ideas?

The light sequence you've provided usually means the Sure Signal is struggling to connect with your router.

 

Is it possible for you to contact your provider and ask them to make sure the following ports are open?

 

  • 8 (TCP & UDP)
  • 50 (TCP & UDP)
  • 53  (TCP & UDP)
  • 67 (UDP)
  • 68 (UDP) 
  • 123 (UDP)
  • 500 (UDP)
  • 1723 (TCP & UDP)
  • 4500 (UDP)
  • 33434 - 33445 (UDP)
