Sure Signal V3 not connecting

Hi

I have replaced my Sure Signal V3 which broke after 3 years with another V3 unit.I have plugged it into the same BT Hub 4 and it has been trying to connect for the last 4 days.  Red power light on and connecting light flashing.  Tried resetting both the sure signal and the hub seperately and together

 

All ideas and help welcome

Have you changed your DHCP IP reservation from the MAC on the old box to the new? I suspect you have if you been a user for a while.

 

Having the same problems as yourself, my box changed last week and new one refusing to sync up, call SureSignal team and was told it was an on going issue, told to wait 24 hours.

Sadly I have done that and still having tha problem.

I've processed a resync of your Sure Signal. Please wait 6 hours before resetting the device.

I did another reset yesterday and it finally began to work.  Not sure if it was the resync or that I created a static IP.  I also played with the firwall settings.

 

Anyway all sorted thanks to the info and help on here.
