Sure Signal V3 not working even after resetting

I have not had sure signal working for 2 days after working perfectly for 9 months with Virgin. I have flashing red bar and two solid orange icons.

Why did this thread disappear?

 

Can someone from Vodafone please post an update on the Virgin Media issue? Who is it affecting - all VM customers using VSS? What steps are being taken to resolve it? Silly question, but are people working this weekend to resolved? I have had no phone signal for a week.

 We should be getting updates at least daily. Instead VF admin appears to have deleted the thread recording the Virgin Media issues.

I have checked the Sure Signal again. All Lights on correctly, but no signal on my mobile.

Smart Setup is turned off.

Mobile works fine outside house.

All other devices connected are working fine.

The Ethernet cable has been tested again and connects fine to other devices.

 

I have tried re-setting, the Sure Signal

 

1. The Sure Signal did not response not even a Power Light.

2. I turned the Power on and off and it reverts to the original problem of Power Light flashing, Internet - solid orange, Service - solid white, Use - orange s​olid.

3. A further re-set resulted in no response, just dead.

 

There clearly is a problem with this device, please can you assist.  Thanks 

 

There are so many posts oin this you have probably missed the importnat one. Are you with VM?  If so VM increased their speeds end of October and this has stopped everyone's sure signal working even if you kept the same VM internet speed.  VM and Vodafone are working on it according to Vodafone but no date for a resolution.  Lots of complaintes on VM site as well.  Please don't afjust your sets as they used to say in the old days. There is no solution your end. We just have to wait or move to another mobile provider!

Am having similar issues as those above (flashing red, left right amber, middle ligt off, right light amber). New Suresignal 3 on a BT Infinity 1 connection via a BT Homehub 5. Has never successfully connected.

Hi, my sure signal v2 stopped working a couple of weeks ago:

 

RED power light is flashing.

Light 1 solid orange.

Light 2 off.

Light 3 solid orange.

 

 

I have tried all the troubleshooting steps I can find to no avail.

It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. They are available on eBay for around £10.
