Sure Signal V3 not working for over a week

Hi,

 

I recently upgraded from a V1 to a V3 and all was working well until just over a week ago when I lost service.  I have reset, re-registered, unplugged for a period of time etc and all to no avail.

 

I have the solid red power light and the next light is pulsing white and nothing else.  I have done the tests as requested...

Please can someone offer me some assistance with this?  I use the Sure Signal for work and personal calls and it is having a serious impact on me as I live in a proper notspot.

Sorry to hear your Sure Signal hasn't started working yet. Do you have any changes in your light sequence at all?

Hi,

 

The power light is still flashing red and the next light is solid orange.  This is getting seriously frustrating and I would appreciate any help.  It appears that I am not alone in having these issues either.

At this minute..flashing red power light and solid orange internet one...typically it will revert back to solid red and slow flashing white..

Looks like a Vodafone problem has taken out a lot of Sure Signal boxes recently - have got a thread open myself where my V3 has stopped working 😞

Lights s are currently red flashing power and solid orange internet..although as i write this it has changed back to solid red power and slow flashing white internet light..
2 weeks now without it working and nothing i ve done has made any difference...would appreciate any help..

@laraine I've checked your Sure Signal serial number and can see your device is showing as it's made a connection earlier this morning (25 August 2016).

Just getting back to my thread (sorry fellow sufferers) I still have the same flashing power light and orange internet light that occasionally goes to a solid power light and a fleeting white pulsing internet light.  Then it repeats ad infinitum.

 

We really don't seem to be getting anywhere very quickly here, alas.

Hi,

 

We are having similar issues. We have two suresignal boxes around our business given the size and they were both working fine but they are now not. The white world symbol is flashing which according to the guide is saying they are trying to connect but it never moves from here except to yellow symbols occasionally then back to the white again. They were working fine but all of a sudden they have stopped.

 

The two serial numbers are listed below, can you please advise a remedy.
