Hi burneyboy2002,

When there’s been a SIM swap, this can sometimes cause a few issues, but don’t worry, it’s easy to fix.

You don’t need to de-register - just need to change the ownership to another Vodafone number, save the changes, leave for a few hours and then change it back to you.

This should update and get everything back up and running. :Smiling:

Thanks,

Jenny

Hi jenny

I have already tried that, i de-registered and re- registered on my brothers account, no better so re- registered back on my own.

It has also knocked my brothers phone off at same time it knocked mine off

Hi burneyboy2002,

I can see your Sure Signal updated on the network at 11.43pm on 12 October.

Is everything ok now?

Thanks,

Gemma
