Sure Signal V3 - power flashing internet off service off in use solid white

My Sure Signal has worked ok for 9 months but this morning I get the above combination which is not in the list of possible light combos. What does this mean?

Strangely we do seem to have a fault on our BT landline, with no dial tone. However our broadband is working fine and since the Sure Signal only connects to the broadband I can't see that the phone line would affect it.

I've tried resetting and rebooting the device and checked all cables. Can anyone help?
