Sure Signal V3 stopped working

My Sure Signal has worked fine for the two years I have had it and now it has stopped working.

 

No lights are showing, I have tried the re-boot as described on here and removed it from the wall and tried re-connecting but had no luck?

 

Can you please help?

Hi

It may be worth trying another power source if the Troubleshooting tips don't help.

They are approx £10 from eBay.

It sounds like the entire unit may be faulty - you could send it off for repair with Vodafone, but, if it is out of warranty, there will be a charge for doing so.
