Sure Signal V3 suddenly stopped working with lights on

My Sure Signal V3 stopped working three/four days ago.

The correct lights are on and steady (power and the first two on the left) but my mobile phones do not get the signal.

I carried out several resets and reboot both the Sure Signal and the BT Hub 4.

I changed the Ethernet cable.

I know that my Internet connection is very slow but it has been like this for years – sometimes even worse – and my Sure Signal had been working for months.

Below are the details:

Sure Signal serial: 42141608945
IP Address: 5.81.210.32
Ping: 55
Download: 1.40 Mbps
Upload: 0.37 Mbps

@roberto14

Other than the speeds of your internet, everything looks fine.

I've sent a policy update through to the Sure Signal.

Please wait 24 hours and reset the Sure Signal as below:

Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the device. This is will trigger the software reload and profile sync to the Femto.

DaveCD

I did it but my Sure Signal is still not sending any signal to my mobile phones.

Hi @roberto14

We’ve pushed out a update for you and you’ll see the lights change synchronization, but please leave them to settle for a couple of hours.

Once this’s been done, please reset all phones connected to the Sure Signal and see if they connect after this.

Thanks,

Sarah
