Hi there, thankyou, I have attempted to do this, but my router is not showing the sure signal on the network at all, so I am unable to select it in port forwarding nor change any DHCP setting.

@hazelb - Try the Sure Signal at a different location (a friend or relative) to test if it makes a connection.

If this doesn't work then check our repairs process.

Hi Charles, thankyou I will try this, I only purchased the sure signal on 4th Sept 15, does this mean its covered under the warranty?

@hazelb - Yes, the Sure Signal comes with a 12 month warranty.

Hello, yes we've also tried that already, mentioned it in my first post 🙂

Thank you!
