Hi

My Sure signal one stopped working a couple of weeks, the first light is on, then the second light comes on, and the 4th light eventially starts to flashe, then 2 and 4 go out, and the cycle starts again.

My ISP is BT, and i know there were problems but i thought these would heve been resolved by now.

I have reset my router, reset the suresignal, un registered it, re-registered it, connected it to another broad band conenction (Plusnet) . set up port forwarding, upnp is enabled,, but the problem remains,.

My public IP address is 5.80.2.26

My Serial number is 21223485117

Hi @phil_clark

It may be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. Even if lights / power are showing. They are available on eBay for around £10.

From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."

@phil_clark I've checked your Sure Signal from our end and can see it's pending activation.

I'll take a look into this further and get back to you when I have an update.

Thanks for the reply, whenever i clicked on My Suresignal it came up with an error, so i could not see teh status of it.  I have just checked and it still says pendingActive, have you had chance to look into this?

My IP address, and changed and is now

@phil_clark I've checked your Sure Signal via the serial number and can see it's made a connection recently.

Please can you let us know if you're still having trouble?

Hi @Rahim,
