Hi rjacks,

Thanks for posting.

I can see your Sure Signal last made contact with our server yesterday at 16:02.

Is everything ok now?

I'd like you to restart the Sure Signal and let me know what happens?

Thanks

Ian

I have a Version 3 which has worked fine for a number of months however recently it has simply stopped working all lights appear to be OK Red light on steady and both the internet and service lights are lit. i have rebooted, reregistered deleted and re created all numbers and nothing i do appears to help. Please can you provide me with some ideas?

I am a BT Broadband customer using a home hub3 connecting over FTTP at about 80Mbps so shouldnt be a bandwidth issue i hope. The VSS is plugged into the hub directly using cat5e.

Should have added the SN which is : 42141610123

Hi @Blueberry72,

There's no obvious reason this isn't working, all the information you've provided is fine.

We've had compatibility issues with the Home Hub 3. So that we can rule out any issues with the Sure Signal itself, please try it at an alternative location and let us know the outcome.

Thanks,

Kay

Hi im moving it later today and will let you know however it was working fine on the same HH3 for months?

Hi I have now relocated and reset and still no kpjoy any ideas as I have to have this working as I work from ho,e and having no signal is really causing an issue

Hi @Blueberry72 ,

If you tried the unit on another connection on a different ISP, then this would point to a problem with the unit.

If it's under 24 months old, we can repair it for you.

Cheers,

Ben

I'm not sure how but I decided to do another hard reset and it now appears to be working, thanks for your help anyway
