Can you please check that the following IP addresses are allowed to connect to the sure signal service:
Some users are having issues connecting and previously it was due to the addresses not being in the white list.
@voicehost I've checked the three IP addresses.
126.96.36.199/22 and 188.8.131.52/22 are on our whitelist.
I've requested for IP address 184.108.40.206/22 to be added.
