Thanks for providing us with your trace route.

 

From seeing your lighting sequence the Sure Signal is unable to connect to our network due to your internet service provider (ISP).

 

You'll need to contact your ISP and explain to them you're trying to set up the device. Tell them the issue is with the VPL tunnel and the IP sec is being blocked or fragmented by an internal file or server in the network.

 

After ringing your ISP if the connection still fails, unfortunately it's not compatible with our Sure Signal.  In this instance, please ensure to return the device within the 30 day period for a full refund.
