Vodafone Sure Signal

I have a replacement Sure Signal V2.-V that won't create a VPN. I have read all of the trouble shooting advice on the forum and here is the information in advance...

1.Symptoms - Cycles through 10 minutes of trying to connect with both lights flashing.

2. Serial Number 40120121146

3. Sure Signal ethernet activity "good" and can also pingthe Sure Signal IP address from my PC.

4. Speed Test good +&Mbit/s

Oh yeah and I've forwarded the following ports and assigned them to the Sure Signal device...

Thanks for your post here. I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with this. I appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.

Both lights flashing means that the Sure Signal is downloading a profile update and is no cause for concern. You tell me that they cycle through this, what happens when the cycle restarts? What are the lights doing then? This may give us more of an idea as to what the problem is.

When did you get the replacement Sure Signal? The reason that I ask is that it can take up to 24hrs for the Sure Signal to fully register with the servers.

Can you tell me the results of your speed test and what the actually upload and download figures were?

Also, all the ports that you have opened are correct except port 7123 needs to be 123 UDP.
