Sure Signal after number port

Hi

 

Today I ported in a number to Vodafone to replace the number I got when I opened my contract. 

 

When I sign into my online account it asks am I a pay monthly or pay as you go customer. If I select pay monthly I get an error. I guess because this account is linked to the old number and as its no longer valid its causing issues. 

 

Plus I have no/little mobile signal.

 

So two questions

 

1. Should I try and register again and see if I can set up a new online account?

2. What do I do about my sure signal. Its not currenly working and I guess thats due to the fact that the new number is not linked to the account?

Hi Alex,

 

To answer your questions:-

 

1). We’ll need to clear any existing details off the system before you reregister for My Vodafone.

 

2). You’re right. We’ll need to deregister the Sure Signal for you so you can then reregister it.
