My Sure Signal V2 has recently stopped working (only power light appearing) and I wanted to know whether this was related to the issue with BT Infinity broadband routers or whether that issue was resolved now.

Have you recently changed routers, or was it working fine and then suddenly stopped working with no changes as far as you know?

No, my router is the same one I had when I first set up my Sure Signal.

Hi haszaidi,

Your traceroute is fine.

We're still looking into the BT Infinity issue as this is still ongoing.

Can you try the Sure Signal at a different location (friend or family members maybe?) so that we can rule out any fault with the device?

Thanks,

Kay

Actually, since I rebooted my router last night it seems to be showing signs of life. It was working in the morning but it wasn't when I got back from work (just the power light) but it is now working again.
