Ha!! Stoopid eejit......

Have changed the owner IMEI in My Vodafone and it works great after a reset of SS and the owner phone. I now have HSDPA and HSUPA chuntering away quite the thing!!

Maybe another solution to add to the Sure Signal Archives??

Hi @rtdollin

Everything you’ve provided looks fine.

Has this worked previously, or have you recently registered this for the first time?

Please try restarting your phones, when in range of the Sure Signal – do they connect?

Check your phones network settings to make sure 3G is definitely on.

Thanks,

Jenny

Hi

I've noticed that the IMEI number is different from the registered device as I upgraded my phone late last year. I take it this would affect the ability to register the phone??
