Sure Signal - corporate account, home wifi

Hi there - hoping you can assist.

 

I have a phone on a corporate Vodafone account (I am not the account holder - our IT head is) and would like to use a Sure Signal in my home. Because it is not a personal account, I cannot create a log-in so that i can register the device. Our IT head spoke with Vodafone, who said I should plug the device in and that I would be able to register through my television and router. I have done so, and after 2 hours of the device's Internet light flashing white, it has not given me any way to register.

 

Is there anything I need to do to prompt this? Is it indeed accurate? Or are there other steps I need to go through?

A Sure Signal can only be managed via the Vodafone website. The account holder managed the device and has to put in the post code of the location of the Sure Signal and the phone numbers that are registered to it.

 

So the information you've been given is very inaccurate and the corporate account holder will have to get involved.
