I've just received the following message - "Your Vodafone Sure Signal 40133644472 in postcode SO51 0AT has been suspended due to Inactivity". I've never had a Sure Signal device before and my device is NOT working. I can't call you - because my device is NOT working. Why have you suspended it? Please fix this as I need my mobile phone to work at home.
