Sure Signal down AGAIN - its enough to break a small business.

Yet again, Sure Signal is down, we run our business from home, and have no calls coming in or out. 

Vodafone, SORT IT OUT PLEASE!  You are breaking us.

Please update your website as soon as you know there is a problem, at least then we might have a timescale.

I’ve just had a look at your Sure Signal and can see that it connected to our servers at 21:00 last night. Can you confirm if this issue is now resolved?

It is up now, but exceedingly intermittent.  It should work all the time.  It keeps dropping signal & therefore calls (pretty much daily).

Does everyone have this problem?

I have just been informed by someone else that Vodafone sure signal needs to use part of our broadband connection to work properly, is this correct? If this is the case then the dips in service will be due to BT. So apologies for blaming the dips on you, I take it back! But when Vodafone sure signal is down and you have a problem PLEASE can you put it on your website? Thank you for your response.

Hi alixi,

If there's ever a major issue we'll of course communicate it, but as far as I can remember there hasn't been anything like that for way over a year. A lot of the stuff you see on the forum around Sure Signal is individual issues, so there's no cause for general concern.

All of these individual issues are still really important to us, and we'll do everything we can to get them all sorted via the forum. I'm really pleased to see yours is working now :smileyhappy:
