Yet again, Sure Signal is down, we run our business from home, and have no calls coming in or out.
Vodafone, SORT IT OUT PLEASE! You are breaking us.
Please update your website as soon as you know there is a problem, at least then we might have a timescale.

It is up now, but exceedingly intermittent. It should work all the time. It keeps dropping signal & therefore calls (pretty much daily).
Does everyone have this problem?

If there's ever a major issue we'll of course communicate it, but as far as I can remember there hasn't been anything like that for way over a year. A lot of the stuff you see on the forum around Sure Signal is individual issues, so there's no cause for general concern.
All of these individual issues are still really important to us, and we'll do everything we can to get them all sorted via the forum. I'm really pleased to see yours is working now
