Anybody else experiencing problems? Mine's been down since the 29th and have done EVERYTHING to try to fix it. Absolutely no link to follow to report a fault either so posting a message on here seems to be the only answer....

Thanks for letting us know you're no longer able to maintain a connection on the VSS.
Matt pointed you to the troubleshooting in the event there was an existing thread about your issue.
Please could you let me know what lights are on, on the VSS and also whether they're flashing or solid? I'd like it if you could also let me know the Sure Signal serial number.

The light sequence is certainly spot on for a working Sure Signal.
I've checked our system and it shows last connected yesterday evening. As this is since your last post, can you confirm for me if this is now working for you?
If not, can you confirm if the calls fail to connect completely or if the signal is weak/drops out and compare this to what you see when the Sure Signal is switched off?
Also, are you having issues with both incoming and outgoing calls, and are all the registered numbers affected?
