Sure Signal flashing white globe light into two red lights (phone icon and signal icon)

Hi There,

We've can't seem to get our Sure Signal to connect to the Vodafone servers. The device will continually pulse the white globe light until eventually this light goes off and the other two lights briefly light up red before it returns to the flashing white globe againe.

The device is being assigned an IP address by the router and the internet is working fine. We have tried two seperate routers with the same end and tried mapping all ports to the device explicitally (for both routers) and tried putting the device into the DMZ (for both routers) and also tried playing around the uPnP settings and ensuring ipsec VPN is allowed.

From the other forum posts it sounds like Vodafone can block some IP addresses from connecting to the service. Our current external IP is 195.162.115.105 so would it possible to check that this is currently whitelisted? Our ISP is Gamma Telecoms who are a reseller for BT.

Details of the SS are below. Any help would be much appreciated!

Olly
