Since my online account was moved onto the new "newco" system my Sure Signal has stopped working. I no longer have visibility of my Sure Signal set up. All the users that were listed on the old set up have stopped working. The device (V3) looks ok with the correct lights lit. There is an option to register a new device but I get an error.

After resetting all the phones the sure signal appears to be working again. However the problem of the device not being visible (de-registered) on my online account still exists. If I cannot manage the sure signal device online as previously I cannot add new numbers or make any changes at all?

Hi @dmm2101,

So that we can look into this further please have a chat with our Live help team.

Thanks,
