Sure Signal has not worked since a change of router

Red light flashes and two solid yellow icons.

 

Have tried resetting SS and router; also have de- and re-registered SS

 

Any help gratefully appreciated!

Does anything in the Sure Signal troubleshooting guide and faqs help. 

 

It has an Issue Not Listed to run a traceroute and paste the results back here.
