Sure Signal has stopped working

Hi,

I have a version 1 suresignal and today it has stopped working.  I have had this over 4 years now.  I have done all the factory resets and so on.  I just checked in my account and it appeared not to know i had a suresignal, so i filled out the "register" my suresignal form.  I got an error stating that there "was a problem" and that "you are working hard to solve it"

can you tell me what the problem is...?
Serial no of SS is : 21229586876

Having worked out that my sure signal was registered to one of my other phones on the admin interface... i de-registered it and re-registered it with my primary phone.

and Low... it duth worketh...  for me.  BUT won't let me add users to the SS.

It also seemed to have reverted to a data set (before i de-registered) where different phones were associated with the SS.

So my problem now is that I cannot add users to the SS.

SureSignal interface on Web is still not allowing adding users to the dataset.

We've had the exact same problem an old SS1 has stopped working and the account page now knows nothing about the device, and we can't reregister it as it shows the same error message.

Phoned up 191 and got through to SS help desk to be told there was an emergency and phone back later!!

Any  advice out there?

SS web interface is still not allowing me to add users to my suresignal configuration...

Hi @simonp54 and @fred976

As we'd need secure access to each of your logins, this isn't something we can troubleshoot on the eForum.

If you come and chat to us on Live help, we'll take a look and see what's happened.

Cheers,

Ben
