Sure Signal in My Vodafone- no option to manage via account

Please help
I have two registered sure signal boxes in use for years and nothing has changed with account.
Today I have logged on to my vodafone account as normal to add a user but have no link to sure signal box any more, I have tried on different computers and makes no difference.
so I can not add or change users or do any admin - sure signal boxes are still working.
