Sure Signal in Shetland

My Sure Signal worked fine until yesterday when it stopped working. Neither my wife's nor my mobile is getting a signal. We have rebooted the Sire Signal box, etc. All the light are working on the box but the phones receive no signal. What is happening? We depend on our mobiles for obtaining work, etc.

Carried out troubleshooting steps but no change. All lights OK but no signal on either phone.
