Sure Signal isn't working

Hi,

 

My sure signal hasn't been working for a while now. I have tried a few solutions from other threads but it's not fixed the problem.

 

I have performed the factory reset and now have the top two lights steady on. Nothing else. I have the same iPhone 4 I have always had and my phone number is the same.

Recently I had a couple of emails asking for me to put my new postcode into the sure signal, but I hadn't moved it? It's still in the same place its always been. I have now humoured the request and resubmitted my postcode (unchanged) but this hasn't fixed the problem either.

Er, I have, for two lights on.. Thats why I posted the information above??
Incidently I also have Port 123 forwarded to my sure signal so don't think its that either..

Thank you for posting the information above, your Trace Route appears fine as does your upload and download speeds.

 

Please could you post us your external IP address.

 

We have forced a re-sync on your device and can see that your number has been registered (this only needs to be done once).

 

Please can you also check ports 8,50,123,500 and 4500 and if you are using BT Infinity also port 1723.
