Hi,
My Sure Signal has stopped working, all the lights are on but no phone signal. It did come back for a day but now has not worked for about a week, this is on all phones registered to the unit.
Iv'e done all the deregister - reregister stuff and also resets and everything else suggested but it's still the same.
Any ideas?
It's never worked well and always dropped calls when ever anyone phoned.

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
