Sure Signal not connecting: solid power light, flashing globe (and your website is down)

Sure signal is failing to complete the connection sequence as of today. I have reset twice. Cannot access  online account as the 2FA needs to receive a text message and as vodafone.co.uk appears to be down (we have not been able to reliably load Vodafone UK home page for >6 weeks now). Details below.

@Anonymous For your Sure Signal to work correctly you'll need a broadband connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 1Mbps.

 

I can see that your upload speed is currently 0.35Mbps - you'd need to contact your Internet Service Provider for further assistance with this.
